Cindy Rotter is the Director of Lil' Learners Preschool, a ministry of Grace. She is also the teacher of the 4 & 5's classes.
Cindy had been teaching preschool for 18 years, served as preschool director for 8 years, and worked in early childhood education for 4 years prior to that.
Cindy says that Preschool is the *joy* of her life. She continues to stay current with trainings etc. She holds a CDA and is level 8.5 in the Oregon Registry.
Cindy was a mentor in early childhood for 8 years with
Portland
State
University and has been trained to teach a class in early brain development.
Cindy has two sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and two of the greatest grand-daughters. In her spare time she loves to scrapbook and spend time with her two grand-daughters.
