Grace Baptist Church

Father, Thank You for creating our vast and beautiful world.  We pray that all people living in every part of the world would come to know the Salvation of Jesus.  May they all find the Way to You, Father, through the leading of Your Holy Spirit, and through our small efforts to go and help where Your Spirit leads us, and calls us to be of service.

 

And Father, we Praise You for sending Your Precious Son, Jesus.  We know we can never adequately thank Him for His Love and Sacrifice for us.  May we all find the courage to die for Him, even in some distant land, or on the mission fields of home.

 

And Father, we Love You for sending Your Powerful Spirit to us.  We know Your Holy Spirit still moves upon the waters today.  There is no part of any distant land, or ocean, that is not well-known to Your Spirit.  May we all find courage knowing this.  May we all go forth encouraged that we go with The Spirit of God, and that Your Spirit has gone before us to prepare the way and make it safe.  There is no giant in any land that is stronger than Your Spirit.  There is no circumstance, or danger, not covered by Your Protection.  There is no demon of satan that cannot be cast out and trampled by Your Powerful Spirit.

 

And Father, we Adore You and know that You are The Light of our world.  And, we are honored that You would choose such small and imperfect creatures as us to share Your Great Light and Good News with the world.  May we go forth with great confidence knowing that we go with Your Great Spirit.  May we find receptive hearts, and a great hunger for Your Holy Spirit, and Your Scriptural Truth.

 

And now Father, we ask that You strengthen our slight and frail bodies.  Give us protection against all danger and disease.  Give us boldness, great self esteem, and strength of attitude and spirit.  Give us confidence and encouragement along the way.  Give us answers to our prayers.  Give us Your Words to say.  Give us Your Kindness, and Your Love and Compassion for all we encounter.  And, we ask all these things in The Precious Name of Jesus, Amen.
